Design, production, coordination, artistic direction and musical performance of SFM-organized memorial concerts

Summary

The tender concerns the integrated design, production, coordination, artistic direction and live musical performance of four memorial concerts at the Chapel of Our Lady of Almudena Cemetery in Madrid: two for All Saints' Day and two for All Souls' Day. The concerts must use an immersive candlelight format with live music, LED-candle lighting and the technical, logistical and scenic elements required for delivery. The contract is for one lot, has a base budget of EUR 8,433.70 including VAT, and runs for 12 months from signing, with a possible extension of up to 12 months. The estimated value excluding VAT is EUR 15,334, including the possible extension and a potential modification of up to 20%.
