Service for drafting a study of the north–south road access along the Guadalmedina River to the Port of Málaga

Summary

The Port Authority of Málaga is procuring an eight-month service to prepare an advanced study and basic preliminary design for a north–south road connection along the Guadalmedina River to the Port of Málaga, including traffic analysis, surveys, alternative designs, preliminary geotechnical work and integration with the A-7, MA-20, MA-22 and Málaga ring road network. The contract has an estimated value of EUR 270,000 excluding VAT and a maximum tender budget of EUR 326,700 including VAT. It is not divided into lots and bids must be submitted electronically. The award combines technical quality and price: qualitative criteria account for 51% and price for 49%. Tenderers must demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 189,000 in the best of the last three available financial years and comparable services worth at least EUR 94,500 over the last three years. They must also commit the personnel and resources required by the technical specifications, including relevant road, environmental, planning, traffic, mobility, hydrology, hydraulics and structural expertise. The successful tenderer must provide a 5% final guarantee and professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of EUR 300,000.
