Summary

The tender concerns outpatient dental care in Lleida province for Asepeyo and, where applicable, beneficiaries of other cooperating mutual insurance entities. The contract covers a broad range of mandatory dental services, including emergency care, minor oral surgery, endodontics, extractions, implantology, restorative dentistry, orthodontics, periodontology, preventive care, prosthetics, imaging and repairs. Additional optional services may also be offered. The estimated contract value is EUR 105,606.40 excluding taxes, with a tax-exempt base tender budget of EUR 33,002.00. The initial term is one year, with two possible one-year extensions, giving a maximum duration of three years. Services are paid according to unit prices for services actually requested and performed; Asepeyo does not guarantee any minimum number of procedures. The contract is awarded using several award criteria based on the best price-quality relationship. The provider must operate an authorised dental centre in Lleida or within 5 km by road of Asepeyo’s Lleida centre. The facility must have the required dental specialties, accessible premises, appropriate dental equipment, conventional radiology, panoramic imaging and at least one cone-beam CT, extraoral CBCT or Dentascan system. At least one dental specialist must be present throughout the service coverage period, which must be at least 16 hours per week spread over at least three days. The provider must submit the required declarations, authorisations, technical evidence and price offer electronically in two parts. Subcontracting, variants and improvements are not permitted.
