Implementation of the Equal and Co-responsible Families Programme

Summary

The tender concerns the implementation of a family education and support programme promoting gender equality, shared family responsibilities and positive parenting. Activities will be delivered to families and children from preschool age to adolescence participating in the municipality’s conciliation programmes. The programme includes participatory sessions on gender socialisation, new models of masculinity, caring parenthood, emotional education, conflict resolution, communication, emotional management, equal sharing of domestic responsibilities and prevention of gender stereotypes and violence. The contract will run in October and November 2026. The estimated value is EUR 2,314.05 and the total budget including VAT is EUR 2,800.00. The tender uses an open procedure and is not divided into lots. Offers must be submitted electronically by 29 September 2026. Award is based on the best price-quality ratio: the technical project is worth 49 points, price 6 points and a free final service report 45 points. The supplier must demonstrate the required legal capacity, financial and technical capacity, provide five monitors and submit a technical proposal describing the methodology, coordination, supervision, coverage, monitoring and assigned personnel and resources.
