Supply of corporate email licences for Segovia City Council

Summary

The tender covers a two-year supply of cloud-based corporate email licences and associated collaboration tools for the Segovia City Council, including licences with artificial-intelligence features, implementation, migration, training and support. The estimated value is EUR 67,016 excluding VAT and the maximum budget is EUR 81,089.36 including VAT. The contract has no extension option and is not divided into lots. Offers must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days from the day after publication. The technical proposal is limited to 10 A4 pages. The award is based on the technical proposal, worth 5 points, and the economic offer, worth up to 95 points. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5% of the contract price excluding VAT.
