Supply of equipment and software under the PGK cybersecurity improvement project – 5 lots

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery, implementation, configuration or installation of cybersecurity equipment and software in five parts: multi-factor authentication, FortiSwitch switching infrastructure, cloud storage for backups, UPS power infrastructure, and an IT vulnerability management system. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all parts. The contract must be completed within two months of signing and no later than 15 December 2026. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100 points. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
