Lease of bar/restaurant and tourist accommodation at Calle Real 34

Summary

The tender concerns the joint operation of a municipally owned bar/restaurant and tourist accommodation at Calle Real 34 in Berzosa del Lozoya. The premises include an equipped bar/restaurant on the ground floor and four double rooms with a shared social area upstairs. The two activities must be operated together as one indivisible business; bids for only one activity are not accepted. The initial contract term is one year, with annual extensions possible up to a maximum total term of eight years. The accommodation and bar/restaurant must generally operate throughout the year. The operation plan is scored up to 40 points, while automatically assessed criteria are scored up to 60 points. The successful bidder must provide a EUR 6,000 performance guarantee, maintain the premises and municipal equipment, supply any missing equipment and consumables, comply with food hygiene, health and safety rules, and obtain all required licences and authorisations.
