Catering and room rental services for information-campaign meetings under the Energy Advisory Project

Summary

The tender covers catering services and room rental for 12 information-campaign meetings under the Energy Advisory Project at 12 locations in the Masovian Voivodeship: Maków Mazowiecki, Ostrołęka, Ostrów Mazowiecka, Pułtusk, Ciechanów, Wyszków, Płońsk, Wolanów, Pionki, Sterdyń, Brudzeń Duży and Myszyniec. Meetings will take place in October and November 2026; September is excluded and the dates listed in the notice may not be used. Each meeting will have 20–25 participants, and the venue must accommodate at least 25 people, provide audiovisual equipment and internet access, be accessible to persons with disabilities, and have space for catering. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026. The tender guarantee is PLN 1,000. Evaluation is based on gross price at 60% and the coordinator’s experience at 40%.
