Provision of technical urban planning advisory services

Summary

The contract covers technical urban planning and architectural advisory services for the Municipality of Cárcheles. The successful contractor will prepare and review reports on planning matters and permits, advise municipal bodies, inspect and direct municipal works, prepare technical studies, projects, budgets and certificates, support investment checks, and perform other professional architectural tasks within municipal competence. Duties reserved to public officials exercising public authority are excluded. The contract lasts two years, with a possible two-year extension. The estimated base amount is EUR 27,002.36 including VAT, consisting of a fixed annual component of EUR 11,158 excluding VAT and a variable component of up to EUR 4,570.25 excluding VAT per year. The architect must attend the municipality two days per week, corresponding to 48 hours per month. Offers are evaluated on professional experience, the reduction of the fixed price and additional relevant training.
