Management, organisation, infrastructure and development services for the Torremolinos Book Fair 2026

Summary

The tender covers the complete management, organisation, infrastructure, cultural programming, technical production, promotion and delivery of the Torremolinos Book Fair 2026. The event is scheduled for 8–11 October 2026 and may be extended once for the 2027 fair. The maximum budget is EUR 26,000 including VAT, and all infrastructure, personnel, participant fees, security, insurance, transport, installation, dismantling and communication costs must be included. Price is worth up to 48 points. Additional national-level authors are worth up to 30 points, and additional reading-promotion activities are worth up to 22 points. The bid must be submitted electronically in one signed file and must include the responsible declaration, financial offer and technical offer.
