Operation of the bar service at the Social Centre

Summary

The tender concerns the operation of the bar service at the municipality-owned Social Centre in Godojos. The concession lasts for at least one year and may be extended annually. The operator must run the bar at its own operational risk, clean the bar, kitchen, storage area, toilets and terrace, keep the kitchen and toilets clean at least once a day, maintain the premises and comply with the specified opening hours: 11:00–17:00 year-round, plus 19:00–22:00 in winter and 19:00–23:00 in summer. The minimum annual payment is EUR 661.16 excluding VAT, or EUR 800.00 including 21% VAT.
