Service for the operation of Muskiz municipal sports facilities

Summary

The tender concerns the management and operation of Muskiz municipal sports facilities, including cleaning and maintenance, public reception, security and access control, administrative support, sports activities, space management, and optional complementary services such as a cafeteria, wellness and health services. The facilities include the municipal sports centre and outdoor areas, Donibane and Donibane Berria frontons, and the Malecón and Malecón Berria football grounds. The contract is for two years from 1 January 2027, with two possible one-year extensions, and has a total estimated value of EUR 7,439,451 excluding VAT. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: price is worth up to 30 points, improvements up to 30 points and the technical and quality service plan up to 40 points.
