Service for delivering and coordinating physical and sports activities

Summary

The tender covers the delivery, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of Zaratamo’s municipal physical and sports activities during the 2026–2027 course. It is divided into two independently awarded lots: Lot 1 covers Zumba, Total Fitness, Pilates and Family Training, with a maximum of 609 hours; Lot 2 covers Functional Training and Healthy Walks, with up to 234.5 hours including optional activities. A company may bid for one or both lots. The service is expected to run from 5 October 2026 to 30 June 2027, subject to contract formalisation, with a possible extension for the 2027–2028 course. The estimated contract value is EUR 41,575.78 excluding VAT. The initial maximum budget is EUR 15,009.23 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 5,778.66 excluding VAT for Lot 2. Only hours actually delivered, or otherwise payable under the cancellation rules, will normally be invoiced. Bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline of 25 September 2026. The bidder must provide suitably qualified instructors, enough staff for simultaneous sessions, a coordinator for each awarded lot, required first-aid training and appropriate insurance. Evaluation is based on price, free additional hours, a reserve instructor commitment and the activation time for additional hours.
