Design and printing services for the Sils Notebook, other publications and publicity

Summary

The tender covers the design, typesetting and printing of Sils’s quarterly municipal bulletin, together with the design and printing of posters, leaflets, programmes, flyers, calendars, publicity materials and other publications. The services include up to four bulletin editions per year, design of up to 53 promotional products, design of four outdoor banners, and preparation of electronic versions of the materials. The contract lasts one year and may be expressly extended annually for a further three years. The estimated contract value excluding VAT is EUR 78,549.12, while the one-year tender budget including VAT is EUR 18,610.92. Bids must be submitted electronically. The award criteria provide up to 55 points for the financial offer, 25 points for the technical solution and sample designs, 5 points for the reference designer’s training, and 15 points for improvements.
