Summary

The tender concerns the dismantling, ADR-compliant transport, pressure testing, refilling, painting, installation and testing of 15 fire-extinguishing gas cylinders and one 2.5 kg CO2 pilot cylinder located at the Biblioteca de Catalunya in Barcelona. If internal corrosion or damage is found, the affected cylinders must be destroyed and replaced with equivalent new 80-litre cylinders filled with HFC-23. The maximum value of the mandatory Phase 1 is EUR 30,900.32 and the maximum value of the conditional Phase 2 is EUR 136,900.92; the total contract value may not exceed EUR 167,801.24 excluding VAT. Phase 1 must be completed within 75 days of contract signature and the contract runs until 31 December 2026. Bidders must attend the mandatory site visit, submit a separate economic offer and delivery-time commitment, and provide for a three-year warranty.
