Rental and servicing of sound, lighting, stage and video equipment for events in the Smiltene municipality

Summary

The tender covers the rental, installation, servicing and technical support of sound, lighting, stage and video equipment, as well as technical personnel, for events organized in the Smiltene municipality. It is divided into five lots: sound/lighting/stage services for three cultural centres, technical personnel for parish and cultural centres, and video equipment rental and servicing. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots. The framework agreement will run for 12 months, with a maximum total value of EUR 74,000 excluding VAT, and services will be ordered as needed.
