Public service for the integrated management of the Tarazona Social and Health Care Centre

Summary

The tender concerns the integrated management of the municipal Tarazona Social and Health Care Centre. The service covers 94 residential places for elderly people with recognised level II or III dependency and 51 day-centre places, including transport where applicable. The contractor must organise residential and day care, basic care, health and rehabilitation support, catering, cleaning, laundry, routine maintenance, administration and other services required to operate the centre, 365 days a year and around the clock for residential care. The initial contract term is two years, covering 2027–2028, with up to three optional one-year extensions for 2029–2031. The base contract budget including IGIC is EUR 8,502,225.92, while the estimated total value excluding IGIC, including extensions and planned modifications, is EUR 21,972,665.33.
