Technical assistance for the governance and monitoring of Vitoria-Gasteiz Tourism and MICE Strategic Plans 2026–2030

Summary

The tender covers technical assistance for implementing, coordinating, providing secretariat support for and facilitating the public-private governance model linked to Vitoria-Gasteiz’s Tourism Strategic Plan and MICE Plan, together with continuous monitoring and evaluation of both plans. The service will run for four years from 1 January 2027, or from contract signing if later.
