Technical secretariat and network development services for the XAVI, XIB and XADIAP networks

Summary

The procurement covers technical secretariat and network development services for three Barcelona public-private cooperation networks: the Barcelona Labour Inclusion Network (XIB), the Accessibility and Independent Living Network (XAVI), and the Child Development and Early Intervention Network (XADIAP). The work includes coordinating the networks, providing advice, engaging members and working groups, organising events, communications, conflict mediation, data management, and preparing monitoring and reporting documents. The estimated annual volume is 1,170 network development hours and 650 technical secretariat hours; services must be available on working days except in August. The estimated maximum budget is EUR 191,149.25 including VAT, while the estimated value including possible extensions and modifications is EUR 353,239.77 excluding VAT. Tenders will be evaluated out of 100 points: up to 40 points for a network consolidation and development plan and 60 points for automatically assessed criteria, including price and the training and experience of the assigned professionals.
