Transport of Cultural Objects and Museum Display Elements for the Temporary Exhibition “Wings for War. Aratis and Celtiberia” at the Museum of León

The tender concerns the transport, packing, handling and museum-display services required for the temporary exhibition “Wings for War. Aratis and Celtiberia” at the Museum of León. The work includes measuring and supplying museum crates, collecting and packing cultural objects, transporting and unpacking them in León, transporting museum-display elements from Meco, and later re-packing and returning the objects and display elements. The contract lasts 30 weeks from 1 November 2026, or from the later contract-signing date, and is not extendable. The estimated value excluding VAT is EUR 55,780.54; the total budget including 21% VAT is EUR 67,494.45. The contract is not divided into lots and is to be performed through an abbreviated open procedure. Price carries up to 85 points. Up to 5 points are available for committing to use FSC-, PEFC- or equivalent certified wood, and up to 10 points for providing one or at least two vehicles with an ECO environmental label. The contractor must prepare a waste-management plan within 15 calendar days of contract signing and provide coordination-of-business-activities documentation during the first month of performance.
