Dynamic purchasing system for routine supplies and clothing for IASS
Summary
The procurement establishes a four-category dynamic purchasing system for IASS to supply routine goods needed to maintain and preserve its centres, as well as clothing for staff and service users. In the first stage, companies apply for admission to the system and the relevant categories. Technical specifications for the specific goods and the conditions for submitting offers will be set only in the second stage, when admitted companies in the relevant category are invited to bid for specific contracts. To join the system, bidders must submit a completed and signed European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) and relevant declarations, including information about any business group. If relying on another entity’s resources, the bidder must provide a commitment signed by both parties identifying those resources. Occupational health and safety obligations apply when carrying out specific contracts. The documents provided do not state turnover, experience or other quantified qualification thresholds; category-specific technical requirements will be given in the invitations issued in the second stage.
