Management of the support service for young people’s pathways – GAZ
Summary
The tender concerns the management of GAZ, an integrated and personalised information, guidance, intermediation, advisory and support service for young people’s emancipation and mobility. The service is aimed mainly at people aged 18–35, with possible pre-emancipation support for people aged 16–18, and must operate through online, telephone, email, social media, video-call and selected in-person channels across the Basque Autonomous Community. The contract is for 12 months from the day after signature, with a possible 12-month extension. The tender budget is EUR 750,756.75 excluding VAT, or EUR 825,832.43 including 10% VAT. The service must be delivered in the two official languages of the Basque Autonomous Community, with additional capacity in English and French and, where required through coordinated resources, Arabic or Berber. The supplier must provide a multidisciplinary team, maintain updated resource mapping and coordination networks, provide individual and group support, manage communication and outreach, produce monthly monitoring reports and annual evaluation reports, maintain user activity records, and support continuous service improvement. The award is based on technical quality, price, additional staff experience, staff training and equality-related accreditations. Offers must be submitted electronically and the technical offer may not exceed 25 A4 pages.
