Summary

The tender concerns supervision and technical assistance services for the construction of two extensions of the Madrid metro network in the Valdebebas area. The four lots cover works supervision and health and safety coordination, as well as technical assistance, for both sections. Each lot is performed in three phases: before construction starts, during construction and acceptance, and during final certification. Tenderers must provide suitably qualified personnel, full-time site or site-office presence where required, BIM-based working methods, reporting and document control, together with the required offices, vehicles and field equipment.
