Design, construction supervision and urbanisation works for a public social facility in Abadiño

The tender covers the complete professional design and supervision package for a 125-place public social care facility in Abadiño. The services include the basic, activity and execution projects, feasibility study, topographical and geotechnical studies, permitting support, site supervision, construction certification, quality and cost control, and follow-up during at least a two-year warranty period.
