Framework agreement for hospital design, construction management, quality control, safety coordination and licensing services

Summary

The Fundació de Gestió Sanitària de l’Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau is establishing a four-year framework agreement to qualify providers for architectural and engineering design, construction supervision, executive direction, quality control, construction-phase health and safety coordination, and activity and environmental licensing services. The eight lots cover civil works and building installations in high-complexity hospital areas and in moderate- or low-complexity areas, plus health and safety coordination and activity-licensing services. The services support renovations, upgrades, extraordinary maintenance and new hospital facilities; the framework has a maximum estimated value of €3.48 million excluding VAT, with no guaranteed minimum expenditure.
