Food supply and kitchen and dining services for Mariola and Peña Rubia residential care centres

Summary

The mixed contract covers the supply of food and the operation of kitchen and dining services at the Mariola elderly residence in Alcoy and the Peña Rubia residence for people with intellectual disabilities in Villena. There are two lots: Lot 1 for Mariola, with 60 residential places, and Lot 2 for Peña Rubia, with up to 48 places. Services run throughout the year, for 365 days (366 in leap years), and include food purchasing, storage, preparation, menu planning, special and therapeutic diets, meal distribution, cleaning, waste handling and kitchen maintenance. The contract has an estimated value of EUR 2,179,622.70, with a two-year term and a possible one-year extension. The tender uses several award criteria: a management project is worth up to 49 points, price up to 45 points and additional organic products up to 6 points. A minimum of 9 qualitative points is required to continue in the procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically in three envelopes and must include the required administrative declaration, food-register evidence, technical management project and financial offer.
