Technical assistance for agricultural sector plans in Ponent and the Girona counties

Summary

The procurement is for technical assistance to prepare two agricultural sectoral territorial plans: Lot 1 covers the Ponent region and Lot 2 the Girona counties region. The work includes analysing and mapping socioeconomic, environmental and territorial factors; identifying areas of high agricultural value; drafting the plan’s objectives and proposals and preliminary version; supporting public participation; and preparing the initial strategic environmental assessment document. Each lot runs for 18 months. The total budget is €355,980.72 including VAT, with €177,990.36 allocated to each lot. Offers are assessed on price, technical methodology, work organisation, deliverable quality and public participation. Bidders must score at least 22.5 of the 45 points available for qualitative assessment to proceed to the objective evaluation stage.
