Postal services and integration with Mutualia’s automated mail platform

Summary

Mutualia is procuring postal services with reduced environmental impact, including collection, acceptance, sorting, transport, distribution and delivery of postal items and burofax messages, as well as integration of its technology platform with automated postal mailings. Lot 1 covers registered and administrative-notice mail, international items, urgent registered mail, burofax and related services; Lot 2 covers ordinary national and international mail, destination-paid mail, urgent ordinary mail and related services. The contract is for one year, with two possible one-year extensions. Its estimated total value is EUR 872,305.23 excluding VAT: EUR 576,942.87 for Lot 1 and EUR 295,362.36 for Lot 2. Estimated quantities are indicative and do not oblige Mutualia to order them.
