Framework agreement for telecommunications services: fixed line, mobile and Internet

Summary

This procurement concerns a framework agreement for telecommunications services for the City of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux and associated entities (CCAS and EPA Maison de l’enfance). The framework covers three lots: Lot 1 fixed-line telephony, Lot 2 mobile telephony, Lot 3 Internet access and related services. Each lot will be awarded separately, with bids submitted for each lot.
