Dynamic purchasing system for software licences and computer equipment

Summary

The tender establishes a dynamic purchasing system for acquiring software licences, including pay-per-use, cloud and perpetual licences, as well as computer equipment and other IT materials. The system runs for 24 months and may be extended once for one year, up to a maximum of 36 months. A company may apply for one or more categories: 1) computer equipment and IT materials, and 2) software licences. Applications must be submitted electronically; subsequent specific purchases will be competed among companies admitted to the relevant category. The estimated total value over 36 months is EUR 315,000 excluding VAT for Category 1 and EUR 195,000 excluding VAT for Category 2. Price is the main criterion in specific purchases; for computer equipment, technical specifications and delivery time may also be evaluated.
