Management of the APROP provisional accommodation service in Ciutat Vella and Glòries

The tender concerns management of the APROP accommodation service in Barcelona’s Ciutat Vella and Glòries districts. The service covers day-to-day operation of the accommodation centres, socio-educational support, community work and support for residents transitioning to more stable housing. The Ciutat Vella centre has 12 accommodation units and the Glòries centre has 42 units. The estimated net contract value is EUR 639,000 and the budget including VAT is EUR 713,900. The initial term is 12 months from 7 November 2026, with a possible extension of up to 36 months.
