Maintenance, support and operation of SAG’s ICT infrastructure and services

Summary

Societat Anònima de Gestió Sagunt Mitjà Propi Municipal (SAG) is procuring a managed service for maintaining, supporting and operating its ICT infrastructure and services, covering on-premises systems and communications as well as Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments. The contract is a single lot, with an initial term of 12 months and up to two 12-month extensions, for a maximum duration of 36 months. The scope includes a 200-hour service-hours bank, capped at €45 per hour excluding VAT; the base tender budget is €108,444 excluding VAT.
