Building services design for heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning and automation – centralisation of endoscopy, subproject 1.4

Summary

The tender is for specialist building-services design at DRK Kliniken Berlin Westend, where endoscopy and bronchoscopy services are to be centralised. The project involves refurbishing buildings 18 and 20 while the hospital remains operational, covering water, wastewater and gas systems, heating, ventilation and building automation. The services comprise HOAI 2021 design phases 2–8, inspection of existing systems, development of technical solutions and cost plans, and coordination with the building designer and other specialist planners.
