Ventilation works at the Münster beach volleyball hall

Summary

The contract covers the supply, installation, connection, adjustment and commissioning of the ventilation systems and related equipment for a new beach volleyball hall in Münster. The scope includes central supply and extract ventilation with a total airflow of 13,000 m³/h, ductwork, valves, air outlets, silencers and fire dampers, as well as smaller exhaust fans. It also includes a cooling unit for a technical room, system testing, airflow balancing, documentation, a hygiene inspection and user instruction. Maintenance must be offered for four years, once per year. The works must follow the construction schedule and be coordinated with other contractors. The bid must include the completed bill of quantities in both PDF and GAEB formats, together with the required declarations. Bidders must demonstrate relevant business and financial capacity and experience with comparable works; details are set out below. Bids must be submitted electronically by 27 October 2026 at 12:00. Price is the sole award criterion.
