Summary

Münchner Wohnen Immobilien 3 GmbH is procuring carpentry works for apartment and entrance doors as part of the modernisation of three occupied residential buildings at Claudius-Keller-Straße 10–62 in Munich. The works cover 216 apartments and include repairing or replacing apartment entrance door leaves and fittings, refurbishing 27 main entrance doors, and supplying and installing associated locks, seals, glazing and hardware. The buildings will remain occupied during the works.
