Recyclable-waste collection containers and recycling stations for Bremen and other institutions

Summary

The tender covers the supply of recyclable-waste collection containers, recycling stations and related lids, signs and stickers to the City of Bremen and other eligible institutions under a framework agreement. The agreement runs from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028, with two possible one-year extensions on the same prices and terms, up to 30 November 2030. Quantities are estimates and do not guarantee orders. The product range includes metal containers with deposit flaps and three-compartment modules, metal containers with swing lids and modules, three-compartment plastic recycling stations, and separate plastic containers, lids, signs, pictogram sets and sorting stickers. Examples include metal containers of 60, 75 and 70 litres and modules of 3 × 70 litres; the plastic recycling station has a capacity of 3 × 87 litres. The metal-container specifications include fire resistance under DIN 4102 / EN 13501-1 and, for the first product group, TÜV/GS testing. For each product, bidders must provide the manufacturer, manufacturer’s item number, bidder’s item number and delivery time. The supplier must deliver products against individual orders, unpacked and ready for use, and bring and install them in the agreed rooms. Delivery is due within 7 days of receipt of an order. The supplier must advise customers on product selection, appoint a permanent contact person and deputy, and report order volumes quarterly. Prices must include transport and shipping costs. Price is the sole award criterion, and alternative tenders are not permitted. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform by 10:30 on 22 October 2026.
