Media technology for the renovation of Bocholt Town Hall and Cultural Centre

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of media technology for the renovation of Bocholt Town Hall and Cultural Centre. The works include, among other items, an approximately 4.8 × 2.7 m LED video wall, a central 4K presentation system, monitors, cameras, audio equipment, control systems, discussion microphones and an assistive listening loop. The equipment must be integrated and configured to support hybrid meetings. LED modules must have a maximum technical brightness of 800–1,000 nits. The bid must state power consumption at 60% and 100% brightness together with the corresponding brightness values, and include the manufacturer's PDF documentation. A 98-inch display may be offered instead of the specified 100-inch foyer display. The microphone system must be wired and PoE-powered; wireless systems are not allowed. The bidder must provide at least one reference for comparable media technology installation work performed from July 2024 to July 2026, with a net value of at least EUR 200,000, and declare company turnover for 2023–2025. The bid must include the required declarations, pricing calculation forms and priced schedule of work. It must be submitted electronically in German; price is the sole award criterion and alternative bids are not permitted. The submission deadline is 2 October 2026 at 09:00. The expected performance period is January to October 2027.
