Leasing of 50 passenger cars

The tender concerns the leasing of 50 passenger cars for IT.Niedersachsen, divided into three lots. Lot 1 covers 16 five-seat high-roof combi utility vehicles with petrol or diesel engines; Lot 2 covers three diesel panel vans; and Lot 3 covers 31 fully electric SUVs or mid-size estate cars. The estimated mileage is 10,000 km per vehicle per year. Leasing periods vary by lot and vehicle, beginning in April 2027 or January 2028 and ending on 31 December 2029. Offers must be submitted electronically through the authority’s bidding tool by 2 November 2026 at 10:00. Bidders may tender for one, several or all three lots; alternative offers are not permitted. Lots 1 and 2 are evaluated on price (60%) and CO2 efficiency class (40%); the lowest-priced net offer wins Lot 3.
