Framework agreement for the supply of Microsoft licenses including consulting and support services

Summary

The tender concerns the framework agreement for the supply of Microsoft licenses, including consulting and support services, to be carried out by an authorized Microsoft partner. The contract covers Microsoft 365 licenses (Microsoft 365 E5 EEA (no Teams) – 3 years), Intune Plan 1, Visio Plan 2, Defender for Endpoint Server, Defender Suite Add-on FLW and Microsoft 365 F3 EEA; additionally, under BMI, licenses such as SQL Server Standard 2 Core LSA/SA, RDS User CAL SA, Windows Server Datacenter 2 Core SA and Exchange Server Standard LSA. In addition, consulting and support services will be provided. The framework has a base term of 36 months with a one-time extension option of 12 months up to a maximum of 48 months. The extension is automatic unless the contracting authority notifies in writing 8 weeks before the end of the base term that an extension is not desired. The procurement is an open procedure; estimated value is 4,400,000 EUR. The contracting authority is Landratsamt Main-Tauber-Kreis.
