Supply of computer equipment

Summary

The tender covers the supply of computer equipment, software licences and accessories in 10 lots. The delivery period is 10 days for Lots 1, 5, 8, 9 and 10, and 30 days for Lots 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7. The quantities include, among other items, 7 desktop computers, 33 laptops, 5 monitors and 4 NAS server disks. Bids may be submitted for all lots and must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 11:00. A bid guarantee is required for Lots 2 and 3 in the amounts of PLN 400 and PLN 2,500 respectively. Price is the only award criterion for Lots 1, 5, 8, 9 and 10; for Lots 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7, price carries 60% and the additional warranty and statutory liability period carries 40%.
