Supply of XDR-type software

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of XDR software for at least 2,700 devices for 12 months: at least 2,400 workstations and 300 servers. The solution must be primarily deployable in the contracting authority’s infrastructure, support extensive telemetry collection, threat detection and incident response, and include 24/7 technical support. The software must be delivered within 10 business days after contract signature; if software different from the currently used ESET Protect Elite solution is offered, migration and administrator workshops must be completed within 20 business days after delivery. The tenderer must demonstrate at least two software supply contracts worth at least PLN 100,000.00 each during the last three years and provide technical documentation and an ICT elements list. The bid deadline is 18 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the score; the remaining 40% consists of four additional-function award criteria, each worth up to 10%.
