Procurement of a PAM (Privileged Access Management) system for controlling, monitoring and managing privileged access, including technical support

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a PAM (Privileged Access Management) system for the Mazovian Voivodeship Office, including technical support and 36 months of manufacturer support. The system must provide privileged-access brokering, session recording and monitoring, access-policy management, authentication and directory integrations, automated password rotation, SIEM and ITSM integration, a VPN-less web portal and, where applicable, isolated access to web applications. The solution must protect at least 300 systems, support at least 10 users and provide a high-availability cluster consisting of two nodes. The bidder must meet the experience requirement for two PAM deliveries worth at least PLN 300,000.00 gross each and submit the tender with the required declarations, ICT element list and other documents. The tender submission deadline is 18 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the score and additional functionalities for 40%. The contract must be completed within 60 business days of signature.
