Supply of IT equipment, devices and software under the cybersecurity enhancement project of the Śliwice Municipal Services Organisation

Summary

The tender covers the supply and implementation of an integrated cybersecurity solution for the Śliwice Municipal Services Organisation. The bidder must supply and install new equipment and software, including monitoring, antivirus and EDR/XDR solutions, backup, vulnerability management, DLP, UTM devices, managed switches and access points, a NAS, two physical servers, a SAN array, a rack cabinet, log management, U2F security keys and a 10 kVA UPS. The work also includes penetration testing, configuration, documentation, staff training, maintenance and technical support. Delivery and commissioning must be completed within 2 months of contract signature and no later than 15 December 2026. The tender deadline is 18 September 2026 at 12:00. Price is the only award criterion and accounts for 100% of the score. Partial tenders are not allowed, and the tender must be submitted electronically in Polish together with technical compliance evidence and the declaration concerning exclusion grounds.
