Framework Agreement for Project Advisory Services in Trade

Summary

The Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) is procuring project advisory services under a framework agreement to support partner countries in strengthening their quality infrastructure through development cooperation. The work concerns strategic advice on quality infrastructure for sustainable economic development, competitiveness and trade, as well as environmental and climate protection, with a current regional focus on Africa. Services are to be provided for BMZ projects from 1 January to 31 October 2027.
