Development of a calculation method for the energy performance of residential and small non-residential building units

Summary

The Flemish Energy and Climate Agency is procuring a service to develop an integrated, simplified method for calculating the energy performance of residential and small non-residential building units. The method is intended, from 2030, to underpin a single Flemish policy instrument integrating and replacing the current residential EPB and EPC frameworks for new construction, renovation and existing buildings. The procurement consists of one lot, with a planned duration of 14 months.
