Demolition and removal works at Building 107, Gmunder Str. 37

Summary

Helmholtz Zentrum München is commissioning demolition and removal works at Building 107, Gmunder Str. 37, Munich, to restore the rented premises and the technical installations serving them to the condition required by the lease or existing before the tenant fit-out. The works cover a total rental area of 1,318 m², including approximately 705 m² fitted out as laboratory space, and include removal and proper disposal of tenant-specific fixtures and installations unless they are designated to remain or be reused. Work is required on the roof, in the rooftop plant room, on the first and second floors, in the basement and in service shafts from the top floor to the basement. The procurement is divided into lots, and the works are scheduled from 21 December 2026 to 30 April 2027.
