Construction of a flat-roofed extension and a mono-pitched-roof connecting structure

Summary

Gemeinde Baierbrunn is procuring structural shell works for an extension building with a flat roof and a connecting structure with a mono-pitched roof. The works include foundations, columns, a substantial ground-floor slab, retaining walls and basement areas, including traffic, utility, service and technical rooms and a lift shaft. The hillside-facing basement areas are to be built using a waterproof concrete system with a fresh-concrete composite membrane system; the classrooms are mainly being built in solid timber construction.
