Painting, coating and internal insulation works at Theater Münster

Summary

The tender covers painting and finishing walls, ceilings, stairwells, floors, and metal and timber surfaces in the administrative building of Theater Münster, together with mineral internal insulation on the inside of external walls where external insulation is not feasible. The works form part of the building’s energy-efficiency renovation and extension and must account for the listed building and the theatre remaining in operation. The work includes substrate preparation, limiting dust and noise, and coordination with other contractors. Work will be carried out in stages; repeated visits to the site and interruptions between work sections must be included in the offer price. The offer must include a completed priced bill of quantities in PDF and GAEB formats, together with the required declarations and information. Price is the sole award criterion.
