Specialist Technical Building-Services Planning and Building Automation Renewal

Summary

The tender covers specialist planning of technical building services for the DRK Kliniken Berlin hospitals in Westend and Mitte, supporting the renewal of building automation and the consolidation and modernisation of the hospitals’ IT infrastructure. The commissioned planning covers service phases 2–8 for water, wastewater and gas installations, heating systems, ventilation and, in particular, building automation. The work includes surveying and documenting existing systems, developing technical designs, preparing cost and schedule information, and supervising construction. The overall project has a budget framework of EUR 17,309,000 including VAT and a contingency allowance; this is not the fee for the planning services. Work will take place in an operational hospital and requires scheduled attendance at the Westend and Mitte sites. The planning fee is to be offered as a lump sum using HOAI 2021 as the calculation basis; the contracting authority may commission the work in stages. This is an open procedure with no division into lots, and variant bids are not permitted. Bids must be submitted in German electronically by 16 October 2026.
