Framework agreement for laundry services

Summary

The City of Regensburg is procuring a framework agreement for collecting, laundering or cleaning, drying, ironing, folding and returning textiles from 43 municipal locations. The annual estimated quantities include 47,000 kg of damp-mop covers and microfibre cloths, 650 kg of table and household linen, 180 kg of quilts, blankets and filled cushions, and 120 pieces of cotton table covers, aprons and related textiles. The service is scheduled for 2027 and 2028, with approximately 934 collection and delivery rounds per year and a maximum framework value of EUR 620,000 excluding VAT.
